Opening at Dowse Art Gallery: Judy Darragh’s exhibition “Stainless” Friday 6 July, 2012

Last night I covered the opening of Judy Darragh’s exhibition “Stainless” and Ronnie van Hout’s “I’ve Seen Things.”  A really cool initiative the Dowse are doing is running a chartered bus on opening nights from Civic Square in Wellington direct to the Dowse, return. Its really great if you want to attend, have a glass of wine or a beer and then get back safely to town to head out or home. I spotted the artists on the bus and got this shot while rolling down the motor way…

I managed to get around and photograph the 2 opening exhibits and a third which is closing soon “Can You See What I See?” which intrigued quite a few people to head upstairs and take part in the interactive experience.
