Rumpelstiltskin Goes Hip Hop

Today I was involved in a shoot of a puppet workshop for kids aged 8+ called Rumpelstiltskin Goes Hip Hop. It was put on by Strings Attached and Musicisthelanguage at the Dowse Art Gallery. The workshop ran from 9am-2pm with a show for parents, grand parents and friends from 2-3pm. The kids got to write hip hop songs and sing them in the performance. Other kids narrated the folk tale. Along with the master puppeteer from Strings Attached, rapper Juice worked with the kids all workshop and helped with writing their scripts and songs.
