The Italian Festival at Wellington Overseas Terminal 27 March, 2004

I was contracted by the Museum of New Zealand to photograph for an upcoming exhibition at Te Papa called Qui Tutto Bene, The Italian’s in New Zealand. The shoot involved coverage of the Italian Festival at the Overseas Terminal in Wellington. I borrowed a Nikon D1x camera from Jan Natua who was director of photography at the time and spent the afternoon watching all the activities and performances put on by the festival owners. My family then met me at the Terminal and we spend the remainder of the day enjoying the sights, sounds and culinary delights!
